Do you have questions? I have answers.
These are just a few of the actual questions I've actually been asked over the years.
- Is your middle name Jacqui? (etc)
Red Dog Conspiracy is not a memoir. I have problems and issues, like anyone, but they're different than what Jacqui goes through. Plus, I may be many things, but I'm not a time-traveler. ;)
- Questions about how I'm published and why
I chose to be self-published for a few reasons:
- I am a grown-ass medical doctor and do not go hat in hand to anyone.
- I'm past the age where I have the time or patience to release a book every three years.
- I don't put all my eggs in one basket. Or my books in the control of one company.
- Why do your books have upsetting things in them, like misogyny and child abuse?
Because that's the reality of life. If you want books that are all sugar and rainbows, you're in the wrong place. Besides, I find that the best way to raise awareness of a problem is to show the reality of it.
- I have this great idea for a book! Will you write it?
I don't have time for all the ideas I already have. Write your own book.
