Refund policy

You may cancel any order until it has been fulfilled.

Digital products (ebooks) are distributed through BookFunnel. You will receive an email with a link to the download page. On that page, you can download the ebook, and/or access help with loading the ebook to your device through the Bookfunnel staff.

If your book cannot be loaded to your device after verified consultation with BookFunnel, you will receive a full refund.

Already-loaded digital products are not eligible for refund. 

Physical items may be returned for a full refund (including outbound shipping costs) within 90 days of delivery of the last item in your order, which is beyond the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) designated by the EU. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return. There are no restocking fees. You pay return shipping.
