Need to find your book?

Ebooks and audiobooks are digital software. They do not automatically appear in your device. Like any other software or app, they require you to download them and then install them into your device.

Good news: this is easy!

I use Bookfunnel as my digital distribution service, and as customer support for my digital books. They specialize in getting your book into your device.

When you purchase one of my digital books, an email from Bookfunnel.com is automatically sent to the email address you used to purchase it. If you do not find that email in your inbox, check your spam/junk/promotions tabs to see if the email is in there.

This email is important: it has the link to download your book.

But if you can't find that email, or you accidentally deleted it, there is a second way to find your books:

Whether it's an ebook or audiobook, all digital books purchased from this site can be found at my.bookfunnel.com

(you may have to log in to see them)

If you can't find your book there - first, make sure the email you used to purchase the book is the same as the one you have used to log in to Bookfunnel.

If you are certain you have the correct email and your book is not there, for the fastest service, please email help@bookfunnel.com with

  • your order number (this should be on your email receipt) and
  • the title of the book you're looking for.

They can help you right away!

 

If for some reason:

  • they can't find your book, or
  • you can't download/play/read your book after consulting with them,

(this has NEVER happened yet)

please forward

  • the email correspondence you've had from Bookfunnel, along with
  • your order number

I am currently working on four books at once. Please allow 3-5 business days for me to reply.

If you contact me about an order and it is clear you have not consulted with Bookfunnel yet, I will simply forward your email to them.
